Our Grounds
Camp Chomeish is located in the charming vintage town of Moodus Connecticut, just minutes from the Connecticut river. For almost a century this area has been “the vacation spot” for the region.
Camp Chomeish is on a beautiful 20-acre resort with its own 2-acre lake for boating, fields for open play, Olympic size pool, the best tasting well water, course cabins (lots of them), a large main building, and a fantastic kitchen.
Our spectacular grounds accommodate every type of camper and provide safe and fun amenities to ensure a wonderful summer.

POOL
Fully renovated large 32X76 FT crystal clear outdoor pool. Certified Lifeguards & swimming instruction.
Fields
Sunny and shady open spaces to host every type of sport or activity.
LAKE
A private spring-fed boating pond nestled within our over 20 plush acre resort.
CABINS
Each renovated cabin houses 10-14 campers with two complete bathrooms.
GROUNDS
Covered in grass, trees and flowers, our grounds offer a great natural setting for the summer.
DINING ROOM
Pine pannels and a working stone fireplace set the tone of our 300+ seat cozy dining room.
KITCHENS
